Under the guidance of the Department of Education and as part of our School Review, Eltham High School develops a Strategic Plan every four years. From this, we derive our Annual Implementation Plans that include overarching goals from the Strategic Plan coupled with targets, key improvement strategies, and actions. Under the current Strategic Plan, our goals are:

  • Maximise the learning growth of all students
  • Empower students to be active and motivated partners in their learning
  • Maximise the resilience and confidence of all students.
