To be opened in the Nalleijerring Performance Centre at Eltham High School featuring 117 works of art, including 3D pieces, which have been collected across the years, primarily as part of the Principal’s Acquisition prizes.
This exhibition celebrates the 100th anniversary of Eltham High School and acknowledges the artistically significant community in which the school resides.
The show will feature the work of past students who have continued their practice as artists beyond school; current and past staff who have inspired so many and practice as artists outside of their teaching role; members of the parent community who have instilled a passion for the arts in their children; and the artists who have helped shape the artistic focus of Eltham High by sharing their knowledge with students.
About the Artists
This group exhibition features many notable artists who all have a strong connection to Eltham High School and the Nillumbik area. The exhibition presents a diverse collection of works across a range of disciplines, including painting, printmaking, photography, textiles, ceramics and sculpture.
